There's no place like home. Boy, Dorothy was right. You never realize how important home is until you're away from it for a while. I got home at 4 AM today and while I was barely awake, I walked in the front door and knew that I was back. I was back to family, old friends, and my usual surroundings. People go on vacations to escape and don't truly appreciate coming home. However, when I came home to visit after living in Virginia for two months, I was very appreciative. I love it at SU and it's a very homely welcoming community, but like Dorothy says There's no place like home.
