Day 16: Tech, Turkey and TONYs

Today is a national holiday for me and the theater community. Even though I said turkey in the title of this blog it's not Thanksgiving. It's the day of the TONY awards. It's basically the Oscars for theater. It's the biggest night of the year for broadway. So of course being at a conservatory and summer stock program, we had a viewing party. I had a turkey and dressing dinner at Perkins before so it was like thanksgiving in regards to food. Also the TONY awards are as big of a holiday as thanksgiving. Today was a blast. We even had a great, very smooth tech rehearsal where we added lights, set, orchestra, and sound to the show. It was an awesome day. Below are some pictures from the party.
